Qualification and Experience Requirements

• Degree: B.Sc / B.E / BS (Bachelor of Science) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering in 1st Division from any HEC-recognized university.

• Registration: Must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

• Computer Knowledge: ERP/SAP knowledge is mandatory for induction.

Age Limit

• Up to 33 years as on the closing date (general age relaxation already included).

Salary Package

• Lump Sum Package: Rs. 150,000/- per month (Rupees One Hundred Fifty Thousand Only), inclusive of all fringe benefits, perks, and allowances.

• Annual increment and career progression governed under BOD-FESCO approved policy.

• Promotions based on FESCO Performance Management System.

A. INSTRUCTIONS / TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Detailed)

a) Contractual Nature: Appointments are contract-based — neither regularized in future at any stage nor pensionable under Government Rules.

b) Government Employees: Candidates already working in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Public Organizations may apply through proper channel with a NOC issued on department letterhead. Their services shall never be regularized in FESCO per BOD policy.

c) Age Relaxation: General age relaxation is already included in the prescribed 33 years. No further relaxation is allowed, except:

• Scheduled Castes and Buddhists: 3 years' relaxation.

• Government servants with two years' continuous service on closing date: 10 years' relaxation in upper age limit.

d) Disqualifications: Dismissed employees from any organization or those with a criminal record are not eligible.

e) Qualification Completion: Only candidates who have completed the requisite qualification are eligible. Final transcript, domicile, and other certificates must be issued by the last date of application. Candidates awaiting results are not eligible.

f) Document Verification: All original documents (along with NOC for in-service candidates) must be produced at the time of interview for scrutiny.

g) Rights Reserved: FESCO reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or withhold/cancel the whole recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.

h) Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview/selection per FESCO Recruitment Policy 2022 (available on FESCO website). Passing a written test does not qualify any candidate for employment.

i) No TA/DA: No traveling or daily allowance admissible for the interview/selection process.

j) Misrepresentation: Concealment or misrepresentation of facts at any stage leads to disqualification from the current recruitment and all future FESCO tests/exams. Matric certificate, domicile, and other documents shall be verified from issuing authorities. Bogus/fake submissions result in withdrawal of employment ab initio and recovery of salaries paid.

k) Posting: Selected candidates can be posted anywhere under FESCO's jurisdiction as per company requirements.

B. HOW TO APPLY (Detailed)

a) Submission Mode: Apply directly online on the NTS website (https://nts.org.pk/).

b) No Hard Copies: Neither by-hand applications at FESCO HQ nor by NTS will be received.

c) Test Fee: Rs. 270/- payable at 1-Link 1 Bill Participating Banks / ATM / Internet Banking / Mobile Banking / Easypaisa / JazzCash / TCS Express Counters on the electronic payment challan generated after online registration.

d) Application Package: Online printed copy of the application form must be accompanied by legible attested copies of degrees, card/certificate, CNIC, domicile, a recent photograph, and proof of payment of test fee/challan form (original).

e) Contact Details: Candidates advised not to change mobile numbers, postal and email addresses during recruitment. Responsibility for non-information of test date, result, interview schedule, merit lists, etc., rests with the candidate if details change.

f) Status Updates: Candidates advised to check FESCO and NTS websites regularly for updated status on the recruitment process.

g) Roll Number Slip: Uploaded on NTS website at least one week before the test date; candidates also informed via SMS.

i) Litigation: All litigation relating to shortlisting before written test/preparation of merit list is the responsibility of NTS. FESCO shall not be responsible for any litigation.

j) Deadline: Applications must reach the office of Project FESCO, National Testing Service-Pakistan, Plot No. 96, Street No. 4, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad up to 25.11.2026. The online application portal shall be removed at 11:59:59 p.m. on the closing date.

l) Late/Incomplete Applications: Applications incomplete in any respect or received after the due date (25.11.2026) will not be entertained; no claim whatsoever will be acceptable.
