B.Ed Merit List 2026: PU, UE & All Universities

Check the latest B.Ed merit list 2026 for Pakistani universities. This page covers 1st, 2nd and final lists for the 4-year and 1.5-year programmes, sample closing merits, University of Education campus lists, and the exact next steps after selection.

Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is the professional teaching degree recognised by the Higher Education Commission. Pakistan offers three main routes: a 4-year B.Ed after intermediate (12 years), a 2.5-year route after 14 years of education, and a 1.5-year B.Ed after a 16-year degree in a non-education subject. Each route has its own seats and therefore its own merit lists. Merit is calculated by individual universities. Below you will find three practical tables, clear guidance on how to check your name, and links to every relevant B.Ed / Education merit-list page available on this website.

Understanding the Different B.Ed Merit Lists

Universities publish separate lists for:

• B.Ed (4-year / Hons) – for candidates with FA/FSc/I.Com or equivalent.
• B.Ed (1.5-year) – for candidates who already hold a 16-year degree (BS, MA, MSc) in a non-education subject.
• B.Ed (2.5-year) – for candidates with 14 years of education.

Morning, evening and self-supporting shifts also generate separate lists. Always confirm the exact programme and shift on the list you download.

How Universities Prepare the B.Ed Merit List

Most public universities combine previous academic marks and (where required) an entry test. Typical weightage includes intermediate or graduation marks (often 40–50 %) plus entry-test or interview scores. The exact formula appears in each university’s prospectus. Closing merit rises or falls according to the number of applicants and available seats.

How to Check Your B.Ed Merit List Online

1. Open the official website of the university you applied to (or use the direct campus links in the tables above).
2. Go to the Admissions or Merit Lists section.
3. Select the correct session (Fall 2026), programme (B.Ed 4-year or 1.5-year) and shift.
4. Download the PDF.
5. Search for your name, father’s name or form/application number.

What to Do If Your Name Appears on the Merit List

• Note the fee-submission and document-verification deadline (usually 3–7 days).
• Prepare original documents: Matric, Intermediate/degree, CNIC, domicile, photographs, equivalence certificate (if needed).
• Pay the dues on time. Missing the deadline normally means the seat is offered to the next candidate.
• Complete any online confirmation or physical reporting required by the campus.

What to Do If Your Name Is Not on the First List

• Wait for the 2nd, 3rd and final lists. Many seats open when selected candidates do not join.
• Check the self-supporting or evening lists if you are willing to pay higher fees.
• Compare your aggregate with the latest closing merit.
• Keep checking the university portal and the campus pages linked above.
