Open the board’s result portal: results.bisemultan.edu.pk. You can also reach it from the board website, web.bisemultan.edu.pk, via the HSSC (Intermediate) section and “Know Your Results”.
Select HSSC Part-II (12th) or HSSC Part-I (11th), First Annual Examination 2026.
Enter your roll number, complete the verification if asked, and submit.
Check your name, father’s name and subject marks against your roll slip.
Send your roll number to 800293. Use only the number, with no name or class. Reports say the reply carries your result. When the website is jammed on result day, this is usually the quicker route.
Open the gazette PDF, press Ctrl + F (or tap the search icon on mobile) and type your roll number. Names can also work, but many students share one, so confirm the father’s name before trusting a match. The gazette lists roll number, name and either total marks or the subjects you failed, such as PHY, BIO, CH or ENG, or an ABSENT or BLOCKED status.
